Meet Klaus Witt

Motivation
Appling technology to make this world a better one. During my career I met three very influential persons: Dave Packard, Bill Hewlett and Steven Jobs. Each of them gave me valuable advice, which I still use in daily work.

Biggest surprise
With my electronics background I was used to simulating designs. Working with Bohuslav Gaš, we learned that simulation works even for liquid separations but it needs a cross-disciplinary team for it to become predictive.

What’s next?
Having started as a youngster with Hewlett Packard, back in summer 1979, I have enjoyed a long and successful career with the company for more than 38 years. Now I am looking forward to retirement and spending time with my family.
